Clerk and Recorder
The Clerk and Recorder’s Office is to record documents which deal with all aspects of Golden Valley County. This involves filing & recording documents. We are also responsible for recording Commissioner Meetings and Road Information. These records are permanently stored.
Clerk of Court
The Clerk of Court is the keeper of all documents for the Fourteenth District Court in manners pertaining to Golden Valley County. We are one of four counties that share the Fourteenth District Court Judge.
Elections Administrator
The Election office handles all elections for the Primary, General, Municipal, and special elections for Golden Valley County.
